Let's Build a Project Finance Model

Live online masterclass.

Six weeks starting early 2022.

Starting with a blank spreadsheet we will explore the principles & practice of good cashflow modelling as we build a  project finance model in a series of guided exercises.

Learn practical modelling skills, know how to use them and understand why they work.

Twice-weekly lessons, delivered over a six week period (Mon & Wed, 16.30 to 18.00 BST), with additional Q&A support for students as they work on the course model.  All sessions will be recorded and made available to attendees.

 The Course will start with a blank Excel spreadsheet and progress through a model build, using the process to explore the fundamental principles of good practice in project finance modelling. 

 Students have the benefit of live interaction during workshops and the opportunity to re-watch recordings as needed and complete modelling tasks at their own pace.

Dr Penelope Lynch

Penny has almost forty years of financial modelling experience, having started her career with a leading merchant bank in the City of London in 1981. She has been working as an independent modelling consultant since 1992, and alongside her real-world modelling practice she has been teaching project finance modelling internationally since 1997. 
She wrote the first book on financial modelling for project finance which has been in print in various editions for more than twenty years.
